1) Before heat treatment of aluminum door and window equipment, it is necessary to check whether the heat treatment equipment, auxiliary equipment, instruments, etc. are qualified and normal, and whether the temperature difference at various parts of the furnace is within the specified range (± 5 ℃)

2) Aluminum door and window equipment should be sandblasted or washed, and should be free of oil stains, dirt, clay, and alloy grades should not be mixed.

3) Castings with shapes that are prone to warping should be placed on dedicated chassis or brackets, and suspended cantilever parts are not allowed.

4) The single casting or auxiliary casting test bars used to check the performance of aluminum door and window equipment should be heat-treated together with the parts in the same furnace to determine the performance of the castings.

5) During the insulation period, the temperature of aluminum doors and windows equipment should be checked and calibrated at all times to prevent local high temperatures or burning.
